As a Seller's agent - my goal for you as a Seller is to obtain the Highest Net Price for your property possible and with the least Inconvenience to you. I work closely with my client's and all parties involved ensuring the smoothest transaction possible. I offer a Free Market Analysis that can be done online and/or emailed to you for your convenience. Of course, nothing beats a face to face meeting.
As a Buyer's agent - I instill the same work ethic. My goal is to help you find just the right home and to make your move as smooth as possible. I ask questions and gather insight and have equipped myself with tools necessary to do so.
An example of what is in my toolbox: I am a Relocation specialist for my company. I am certified as a "Military Relocation Professional" to assist those serving or who have served in the US Military. I consider that the highest honor. I received the International Diamond Society Award, the Sterling Award, and Superior Achievement Awards for my production with my company.
Volunteering at the Dixon May Fair yearly is a passion of mine. Also supporting our community with the feral cat population by getting them spayed/neutered to cut down on the number of feral cats.
