I’m proud to have called Vacaville home for more than 40 years and to have raised my family in the community I love. With more than a decade of real estate experience, I’ve built my business largely through referrals, lasting relationships, and a commitment to always putting my clients first.
My strengths are building relationships, communicating with honesty and care, and taking a focused, hands-on approach to getting things done. I’m naturally competitive and a strong negotiator, but I believe the best results begin with listening, collaborating, and understanding what matters most to each client.
For sellers, I closely monitor inventory, buyer demand, interest rates, comparable sales, and the unique qualities of each property to develop a strategy designed to maximize its market potential. For buyers, I take the time to understand not only what they’re looking for in a home, but the lifestyle and goals behind their move. From the first conversation through closing, I’m there to guide, communicate, and advocate for their best interests.
I’m Global Luxury Certified, a Military Relocation Professional (MRP), and ranked among the Top 4% of Coldwell Banker agents worldwide. My achievements include Coldwell Banker International Diamond Society recognition in 2019, 2020, and 2023, and International President’s Circle honors in 2021, 2022, 2024, and 2025.
When I’m not helping clients, you’ll usually find me enjoying baseball, hiking with my dog Harley, spending time with my family, or giving back to the Vacaville community I’ve been fortunate to call home for most of my life.
