The Fuller Park / Napa Abajo Neighborhood is bounded on the west by the eastern border of Hwy 29, on the south just beyond Atrium to the City limits, on the east by the Napa River and the north by 1st and Oak streets.

This neighborhood was originally settled in the mid-1800's, just before the City's incorporation.  It has always been primarily a residential neighborhood, with many examples of period architecture. It is part of the National Register of Historic Places and has many homes on the Registry. It is known for it's wide, tree lined streets and it's multi-cultural makeup.
